About

Linda was born in Shanghai, China. She immigrated to US at a young age and grew up in San Francisco Bay Area. She went to UC Berkeley for her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and later received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, School of Law while concurrently managing multiple franchise businesses. 

Prior to opening her own practice, Linda worked as an engineer at ASML, as a law clerk at Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center. She also worked at the legal department at Samsung USA and Sandisk (now Western Digital), and as a general counsel at SBS Smart Business Services. In addition to her engineering and legal experiences, Linda also owned and operated multiple franchise businesses. Linda's current practice includes Business and Corporate Law, Employment Law, Business Litigation, Trademark and Copyright, and Estate Planing.
