Linda was born in Shanghai, China. She immigrated to the US at a young age and grew up in San Francisco Bay Area. She went to UC Berkeley for her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and later received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law while concurrently managing multiple franchise businesses. 

Prior to opening her own practice, Linda worked at ASML, Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center, Samsung USA, Sandisk (now Western Digital), and SBS Smart Business Services. In addition to her engineering and legal experiences, Linda also owned and operated multiple franchise businesses. Linda's current practice includes Business and Corporate Law, Cross-boarder Legal Issues, Business Litigation, Law, Business Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Estate Planing.

Linda is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Shanghainese.
